Yes, we are a factory with an experienced team that can customized products base on customer's drawing and ideas, and provide the best service.
2. How to get a quotation?
We need some details to complete the quotation, such as item, quantity, size, color, thickness, etc. you can contact us via email or WhatsApp or Skype or WeChat, we will be glad to discuss with you.
3. Can I get samples?
Yinxin Glass could send the free samples (except special deep processing glass and mirror) for you any time. We will refund the courier charge for you once we start business.
4. Can I add our own logo on the products?
That's ok to have your own logo on the products. Please contact with us to make sure the detailed drawing, before placing order.
5. What about the delivery time?
In general, the leading time is about 3-7 days for sample, 10 to 30 days for bulk.
6. How about the packing?
We’ll arrange the packaging according to the products and clients requirement.
7. How are my parts shipped?
Ships parts domestically and internationally as per our customer requirements. Some customers prefer to setup their own pick-up with their own trucks or via a transportation agency. Alternatively, Yinxin offers different shipping options including express, air freight, and sea cost to you for review. If our customer confirmed, Yinxin can arrange for shipment and add the shipping cost to the invoice.

9. What if my products arrives damaged?
Firstly, we make sure of packaging that the cargo will arrive without being damaged. In a case that if the goods are damaged upon arrival please take photo and video before unloading them.We will solve it at first time.
